Absolute Spitze
This is the second time I've ordered from Better Walls. I've been extremely satisfied with their customer support. I selected a stock photo for this last mural. When the mural arrived, there were some images that I couldn't see when viewing online since they were so small. Nicola was great and remove those items from the image and had it remade for me.
Amazing customer service and product
Some of the panels had a white stripe down the side and smudge marks on them. The images didn’t always line up properly so I could only match it at eye level and not above and below. I have a lot of experience with peel and stick products and although it looks nice from far away, if you get close there are quite a few issues.
Having installed hundreds of these sorts of graphics, I was surprised to have a butt finish, rather than the standard 10mm or 25mm overlap, but I have to say, this works great. Only time will tell if any shrinkage takes place caused gapping.
For now though, greta product, delivered quickly and looks great on the wall.
Thanks
Complimenti
Tolle Qualität. Sehr gut zu verarbeiten. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
It was distorted and unusable, but they are helping me get a new print. Amazing customer service

Simple to deal with and a beautiful result with helpful instructions printed at the top of the wallpaper/photo. I’d highly recommend them.
Vielen Dank.
Heel blij mee, mooi geprint, stevige drager, makkelijk te lijmen.
Can't say enough good things about my mural I received. The process from start to finish was simple, and the turn around time was so fast. I had my mural delivered to my door barely a week after submitting it, when I was expecting much longer due to the general time frame custom items often require from other places.
The quality of the print is excellent, the detail is just as clear and sharp as the original image even at this much larger size, and the colors came out perfect. The panels line up as expected and hanging them wasn't too different from hanging standard un-pasted wallpaper.
I actually used my mural more like wallpaper, having it printed with a repeating pattern to try to recreate a vintage wallpaper pattern that used to hang in a room in an old house that just had a few remnants left behind under some paneling. This works well in this application too.
The paper quality of the mural is very nice, it's what you would expect from a similar pre-packaged product from a corporate business... but the difference being it's what I chose myself vs what was in another companies available catalog, which makes this service so great.
I am very pleased with my wall, and will definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a custom wall print, whether it's a mural or custom wallpaper.
Virkelig flot tapet
I'm sorry it's taken a few weeks to write a review but moving house has been hard work.
Once I'd decided which design I wanted, I was amazed how quickly it arrived.
My design is from a close up photo of the feature wall paper I already had. It looks really beautiful and we get lots of compliments from friends and family. I love it
The quality is excellent and it was easy to hang on the wall using the guide. Thank you

My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the wallpaper and the picture we provided. Thinking to order one more. This was our first wallpaper we hang thus it took us a little of a struggle, but we did it!
I ended up having to glue this as no matter what it would not stay adhered.
Gerne wieder!

Questions about your own pictures
Which file formats are accepted?
You can upload JPG, TIFF and PNG files.
Are there any restrictions on the file size?
Your picture should be at least 2 MB and a maximum of 500 MB.
Is the uploaded image checked for sufficient quality?
After the upload, your image is automatically checked for the number of pixels and the maximum print size possible is calculated. If your desired format cannot be entered, the resolution of your image is too low. If you can enter your desired format, the resolution is sufficient. In addition, each file will be checked by our graphic designers prior to printing. In case of any doubt we will contact you.
What happens to my uploaded image after production?
After production, we will keep your file for four more weeks. We can arrange a new production immediately should the product be damaged or an error occur while wallpapering. After four weeks, your images will be permanently deleted from our servers.
How can I order my own picture as a photo wallpaper?
Here you can switch directly to the wallpaper configurator. In the configurator you simply click on the button "Choose a file" and you can upload your picture.
Questions about the product
What properties do Betterwalls wallpapers have?
We only print on fleece wallpaper. This is 122g/sqm and consists of cellulose and textile fibers. This combination makes the fleece wallpaper particularly robust and durable. Our fleece wallpapers are vapor permeable, crack-bridging, shockproof, washable, extremely resistant to light and free of PVC. Our fleece wallpapers are only suitable for indoor use.
How are Betterwalls wallpapers mounted?
Depending on the type, there are two simple installation methods:
1. Classic non-woven wallpaper (with paste):
Applied directly to the wall using non-woven wallpaper paste. Paste is not included, as local wall conditions vary – a standard non-woven wallpaper paste from a DIY store usually works well.
2. Self-adhesive (Peel & Stick) non-woven wallpaper:
Sticks directly to a smooth, clean wall – no additional paste needed.
Detailed instructions can be found here.
Which surfaces can be wallpapered?
The surface should be dry, clean, smooth and absorbent.
My wall is not smooth. Can I still apply wallpaper?
You can treat uneven walls with commercially available fine lining paper from a hardware store. This smooths out textured plaster, regulates absorbency, and fills pores.
Can I easily remove the photo wallpaper?
Our fleece photo wallpapers are usually easy to remove dry. The wall is not damaged.
How wide is a strip of a photo wallpaper?
The strip width is 50cm. If, for example, you order a wallpaper with a width of 280 cm, you will receive 5 fully printed strips and a 30 cm printed strip.
What resolution is my wallpaper printed with?
Our printers are among the most modern on the market and print with a resolution of 1200 x 3600 dpi.
